New server VoteShop Issue

For Those of you, who after the wipe, have tryed to get something from the vote shop and have not recived it please:
-post your username,
-character name,
-the item(s) you tryed to order,
-the amount of VP you have AND lost,
-and a screenshot(s) of proof.
-And of course ANY EXTRA INFORMATION THAT COULD HELP!
Sorry for the trouble! a new server needs to be broken into and were just having a hard time picking the lock. Haha

If you all havent notice the vote is base on survey. So by voting and earning points youll get points to purchase items from the vote shop, items will then be reward by ur survey window. See window below for some details. hope it helps
