Bugged elemental defense
1 week ago before the server fix, elemental defense works fine. For example, if the target is put to sleep/tree mode, I still do some damage to them. If I hit 7000 glacial shard on a target, then the target will take about 1700-2300 damage depending on the items they wear and how much elemental defense they have. But now as soon as I put the target to sleep and they have 0 base elemental defense, I will do 1-200 damage to them with glacial shard and that shouldn't be happening. From my understand the elemental defense scaling has been messed up greatly. Right now as long as you have more than 500 elemental defense, most likely you will receive 100-500 damage from your opponent depending on the damage of their spell.
Glacial shard with 0 def 2600 magic boost hitting ~7k
Glacial shard with 600 def (when put to sleep/tree) 2600 mb hitting about ~2.5k dmg to a target with no pvp armor
Now after the update
Glacial shard with 600 def (when put to sleep/tree) 2600 mb hitting 1 dmg
Glacial shard with 0 def 2600 magic boost hitting ~7k
Glacial shard with 600 def (when put to sleep/tree) 2600 mb hitting about ~2.5k dmg to a target with no pvp armor
Now after the update
Glacial shard with 600 def (when put to sleep/tree) 2600 mb hitting 1 dmg

10 elemental defense = 1% magic damage reduction.
