Chance to Stumble Upon Crit Bug

Im happy that that function works now, but it shouldn't be like that for all classes. I confess I've never played retail, but I heard from people that played retail that this function only applies to Gladi (for sure), temp (90%), and Chanter (50%). Please look into it dev.

glad, temp and chanter with 2h wep has a 25% chance of stumbling. ranger in the other hand has a 25% chance of staggering with 2h wep.

The % stands for how sure I am of them having it. The 25% apply when they crit only right? Another question is does the effect apply to classes or to weapons? For example a gladi with a bow do they have a chance to stumble or stagger or neither? Thanks for the clarification too.
