vote reward system exploit

some 1 got full abg set, like we talked about already yesterday. wouldnt it be time for a perma IP bann
already by now? the time that player is on deva, is not enough to get full abg/gbg set + weapons so
most likely the player just changed his IP and exploited the voting system (ppl get banned for less *cough*)
and used multiple accounts to get the set which is quite, lets say "unfair" to other players isnt it?
please solve this problem, thank you very much

I have no clue who has a full set already. Although i do agree, using a proxy or whatever with multiple accounts should be punished.

Either way, it's an exploit and a dirty way to get the best gear in game even if it isn't that much better then the other PVP gear.
