Attack Boost buffs

It draws to my attention that the attack buff doesn't seem to work correctly for all classes Ranger,Gladi,sin. Take ranger for example. I use the skill Heart Shot on the training dummy it does about 1.6k dmg crit w/o bestial fury buff, but when I use it with the buff I crit for 1.8k the buff gives 50% more atk power. Now with sin the buff that boost atk power by 100% boost their damage output for a wooping 500 -.-`. Gladi the buff berserker doesn't seem to boost their damage out put at all, or its so small that I fail to notice. The buff boost the atk by 80% and my skill does about 4k crit SOOO with 80% boost in atk power its kinda hard to not notice the damage difference, but yet it can't be seen. To seal the deal I tested with ranger FULL BUFFED I gained 800 damage more Vs 1 buff. The buff I used for ranger are the following Strong shot (10%), bestial fury (50%), bow of blessing (20%), Speed of wind (10%), Devotion (40%), Sharpen Arrow (10%), Mau Form (15%). Grand total 155% attack power increase and my damage output is boost by a WOOPING 600...

Yup it was said in another thread that the berserk buff wasn't giving 80%. With PvE gear on and the Aion strength buff I have around 900 attack, when i apply the berserk buff it gives around 300 more attack. It should give about 600-700 more attack.

When it comes to attack bonuses in Aion, you have two numbers in your stats, GREEN ONE and the WHITE ONE.

If you have 100 (White) and 200 (Green) and you use berserking that adds 80%. Your new attack with the skill/buff should be:

100 (White) + 100*0.8 + 200 (Green) = 380. Attack buffs only are applied to the white number (BASE), not the total attack.

That's working OK in the server. O.o

Alright that's good to know. I just tested it and this is what happened.

My attack is 916 with Aion Strength buff. 392 white and 524 green.

I used berserk and now it is 392 white and 838 green. Is this correct?

Yes, its correct.

Nevermind, I get it now. 80% of 392 is 314 which adds to the green number.

Ahhh what I meant is the damage added is calculated according the white number, and that white number never change.

The green number is the attack you have with equipment and buffs, as now you added the buffs the WHITE*0.8 will be in the green now.

This is making me depressed! I wish it was 80% of all my attack. That would be shweet lol.

Yea, but I think the point of this thread is that it says your attack is boosted, but the damage doesn't change as much as it should. I'm not sure though.

PS: Try using Berserk, Daevic Fury, AND Zikels Threat. You get like 2k attack and .9 attack speed. It's a total waste to use all three at once but its fun for killing bosses and such.
