Wintry armor Empty Wintry armor

I tested last night with wintry armor, it does not reflect damage and only slows down the target.

According to Outlaw, Reflect has had to be temporarily removed due to the fact that it would lag out the player using the reflect skill or worse... Lag out the server.

All Reflect skills have supposedly had their Reflect removed so as not to cause this issue.
