I don't see it being listed in the custom vendors. Is there any other place I can buy them?

It is missing from Vendors, you have to buy Greater Magical Aether (<--link to AionDB) to get the regular Magical Aether.

Only problem is... you gotta sit your butt somewhere and click those mofos for a looooong time... 1 Greater gives 3 Regulars.
