Poll for all ya to vote whether to keep stigma system or to keep autolearn stigma.

Chain skills proc should be retail like aswell.

The stigma system is better more balance and no templar def op and other chars

Alright time to get the scores. 84% wants Stigma system for a better pvp balance. 15% whats autolearn stigma.

OK, Stigma will stay as it is now so players can customize there stigma tree path, but 100% chain trigger is remove due to some of the class take advantage over others.
