Server lag or just me? Empty Server lag or just me?

Lately I been lagging pretty badly. My ping isn't bad, like around 80-100ms, but I always get this lag spike about 5-8 second pause and then back to normal again. It happen to me pretty often like once every 2 minute. Sometimes when I restart my client, it works for a while and then I lag again. I have the latest client file installed also.

That's weird I haven't gotten any. I also haven't downloaded any new patch, nor have I gotten the new patcher so maybe its something with that?

ive downloaded the newest update from the NCsoft launcher and no lag/harm was done.
